โ€” WHO ITโ€™S FOR

For creative managers who know AI matters and need to know what to do about it.

Across creative agencies, studios and digital teams, the pressure to engage with AI is real. But most managers are stuck in the space between curious and capable. They've seen the demos, heard the hype, tried a few prompts and aren't sure what to do next.

This programme bridges that gap by building a real AI-enabled improvement in your own role, tested in your actual workplace, week by week.

Studio Manager

Looking to streamline brief management and project coordination

Senior Account Manager

Wanting to improve client reporting and comms efficiency

Creative Lead

Ready to improve creative quality without adding time

Project Lead

Needing to do more with less across multi-disciplinary teams

โ€” THE CHALLENGE

Most creative managers are stuck somewhere between curious and capable and staying there.

The pressure to engage with AI is real and growing. Clients are asking about it. Leadership is talking about it. Competitors are experimenting with it. But for most creative managers, the honest picture is this: you've had a play with a few tools, sat through a demo or two, and you still don't have a clear answer to the question that actually matters, what should I be doing about AI in my role, right now?

Without a framework for identifying where AI genuinely helps, how to configure it to your standards, and how to bring your team with you, most managers keep AI at the edges with occasional, informal, and experimental use.

1 You may have tried a few prompts, seen some impressive results, and then gone back to doing things the way you always have, with some slight changes.

2 You're not sure which tasks in your role AI should touch and which it shouldn't, so you either over-apply it and lose quality control, or avoid it altogether and fall further behind.

3 You know your team needs guidance on AI, but you can't lead them somewhere you haven't been yourself.

4 Every tool claims to be the answer. You've got no framework for evaluating what's genuinely useful for creative work versus what's hype.

โ€” PROGRAMME MODULES

Build practical AI fluency for real creative work.

Each module builds on the last. You're not collecting information, you're building a working AI system for your role, step by step.

#01 AI foundations for creative leaders

Build practical AI literacy and structured prompting capability. Understand how Large Language Models work in creative contexts, and develop the judgement to know where AI adds value โ€” and where it doesn't.

โ†’ Identify a specific operational task in your role suitable for AI enhancement

โ†’ Develop structured, reusable prompts ready for immediate workplace application

โ†’ Assess AI suitability, value and risk within a creative, client-facing context

YOU'LL LEAVE WITH - A clearly defined AI use case + a set of structured, tested prompts ready to deploy in your own role.

#02 Making AI work in your role

Configure a task-focused AI assistant aligned to your specific operational responsibility โ€” whether that's brief conversion, client reporting, project management or creative quality review. Refine it until it performs to your standard.

โ†’ Configure and test a task-focused AI assistant ready for live use

โ†’ Design clear instructions and contextual inputs to increase output reliability

โ†’ Evaluate AI output quality against your creative and commercial standards

YOU'LL LEAVE WITH - A configured, tested AI assistant aligned to your defined operational task, plus a structured AI opportunity map for your role.

#03 Designing AI-enabled workflow

Move beyond isolated prompts. Embed AI within a structured, repeatable workflow, one that strengthens oversight, reduces friction and maintains your creative and client standards. This is about operational impact, not just clever tools.

โ†’ Analyse an operational process and identify appropriate AI intervention points

โ†’ Implement a tested AI-enabled workflow improvement in a live workplace task

โ†’ Evidence improved efficiency, consistency or time management in a defined area

YOU'LL LEAVE WITH - A workflow youโ€™ve rebuilt with AI, tested in your own role and ready to keep using โ€” and the skills to build more.

#04 AI leadership โ€” taking others with you

Consolidate your applied AI work into a practical roadmap for responsible adoption across your team. Build the ability to advocate for AI with confidence and professional judgement to influence peers, addressing resistance and ensuring the organisation adopts AI in ways that protect creative quality and client trust.

โ†’ Build a practical AI adoption roadmap for your team aligned to performance priorities

โ†’ Apply ethical and risk-aware judgement to AI use decisions in creative environments

โ†’ Influence colleagues to adopt AI in appropriate, value-adding ways

YOU'LL LEAVE WITH - โ€A complete AI Implementation Roadmap for your team, plus your portfolio of role-ready AI prompts, agents and automations.

โ€” HOW YOUโ€™LL LEARN

Building, testing and applying in your actual role.

Every session is structured around a real output you take back to your workplace. You're not collecting ideas about AI, you're building a working AI system, week by week, inside your own job.

๐Ÿ—“๏ธ Session dates

Youโ€™ll need to be able to commit to sessions every Wednesday or Thursday for 8 weeks.

Cohort 1
In person: 7 Oct / 21 Oct / 4 Nov / 18 Nov

Cohort 2
In person: 8 Oct / 22 Oct / 5 Nov / 19 Nov

Online sessions: 14 Oct / 28 Oct / 11 Nov / 25 Nov

๐Ÿ›๏ธ Practical Workshops

Four expert-led workshops with Creative AI experts in Liverpool city centre. Hands-on, practical and tool-focused, you'll leave each one with something configured and ready to use, not just concepts to think about.

๐Ÿ’ฌ Online Build Sessions

Four facilitated online build sessions to craft AI tools for your role, troubleshoot in real time and learn from what your peers are building. The group becomes your sounding board.

๐Ÿ“‹ Applied Workplace Tasks

Between every session, you'll implement what you've built in your actual role โ€” testing, refining and evidencing the impact. This is where the learning becomes real.

โ€” YOUR COACHES

AI experts who understand creative work.

Not theorists. Not academics. AI experts with deep, lived experience of leading and scaling creative organisations with tech at the heart.

Jon Minchin

AI & CREATIVE
INDUSTRIES EXPERT

Jon is a Director at Form, with deep experience helping global brands explore new ideas, shape innovation and turn creative ambition into work that people actually value. His focus is now on AI: how creative teams can use it with confidence, judgement and care to improve the work, support better decisions and leave people, teams and places better than they found them.

โ€” WHAT CHANGES

By the end of the programme, AI will be part of how you work.

Not in theory. Not in a controlled demo environment. In your actual role, on real tasks, with real outputs to show for it. The measure of this programme isn't what you know about AI itโ€™s in the quality, speed and value youโ€™re able to create.

๐Ÿ› ๏ธ A portfolio of applied outputs

Structured prompts. A configured AI assistant. An implemented workflow improvement. You'll have built all three, tested in your workplace, not in a classroom, and ready to keep using the day after the programme ends.

๐ŸŽฏ Real capability, not just familiarity

You won't leave knowing more about AI. You'll leave having used it on live work, inside your role, with results you can point to and take back to your organisation.

๐Ÿ‘ฅ The standing to lead your team through it

You'll know which tasks AI should touch and which it shouldn't. You'll have a clear point of view. And you'll be able to guide your team's adoption without losing the creative quality your clients rely on.

๐Ÿ“„ An AI Implementation Roadmap

Specific. Prioritised. Built around your team's actual work. Not a document about what AI could do, but a plan for how it works in your organisation, starting the week after you finish.
